Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana

OUR MISSION
The Western Montana Family Medicine Residency Program exists to provide superior, comprehensive education in Family Medicine. We are committed to developing family physicians who are compassionate, clinically competent, and motivated to serve patients and communities in the rural and underserved areas of Montana.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe that:

Current Timeline for implementation:
- Week of October 17, 2011: Deadline for ACGME accreditation application submission
- January 2012: ACGME application approval
- Q1 2012: ACGME accreditation site visit
- May 2012: ACGME accreditation decision
- Fall 2012: Begin medical student interviewing
- March 2013: National "Match" results announced
- July 2013: Matriculate 1st class
