Personal Summary

Ivie English, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides evidence-based, culturally affirming care tailored to an individual's strengths and context. Drawing primarily from cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions, she supports students with a range of health concerns, as well as in navigating transitions and relationships. She has experience working with adults of all ages in a variety of clinical settings, including: Veteran's Affairs (VA) health care, inpatient, hospitals, specialty clinics, community health centers, and outpatient mental health clinics. As a clinician, she aims to provide inclusive, client-centered care. As a researcher and public policy advocate, she seeks to find ways to increase access to health care for all, advance the holistic provision of care, bridge mind-body connection, and champion integrated behavioral health.
