Health Science Teacher Training - In summer of 2009 and 2010, science and health enhancement teachers from across the state traveled to Missoula to attend a week-long teacher workshop in Health Science.
PROGRAMS WE OFFER:
HOSA Partnership - Health Occupations Students of America is a student organization that allows students an opportunity to explore health careers while building relevant cinical, leadership, and teamwork skills.
The Great Hospital Adventure - Is a multimedia program about health care careers and healthy behaviors for young learners. Elementary school children in K-3rd grade will thoroughly enjoy learning about health care careers and healthy behaviors.
In-a-Box Health Science Curriculum Trunks - Self-contained boxes - covering the Eye, Ear Brain, Guts, Bones & Muscles - available for loan to Montana 4th-8th grade educators. Included are lesson plans, station activities, models, and other resources designed to engage students in health and science.

Hands on Health - Is a mobile healthcare exhibit that travels to rural communities bringing education and stimulation to students in K-6th grade.
Job Shadowing - Maybe you've heard that job shadowing health professionals can be a very valuable experience for students. Maybe you'd like to help your students find and successfully engage in job shadowing in your community.
Med Start - A summer camp focusing on rural, minority, low-income and first generation college-bound students that provides an introduction to health sciences, financial aid information, dorm life experiences and job shadowing opportunities.
REACH - Research and Explore Awesome Careers in Healthcare. A day long camp for high school students at their local healthcare facility to explore careers in the medical field.
