Attention, Teachers!
Want to introduce young students to the excitement of Health Careers?
Looking for a fun in-class event that meets health enhancement and
career exploration standards?
The Great Hospital Adventure is a 30 minute DVD and puppet program, created by the Northwest Pennsylvania Area Health Education Center (AHEC) to introduce students in pre-kindergarten through third grade to early concepts in Health Science like; Staying Safe, Healthy Choices and What to do in an Emergency.
The Program also introduces these students to diverse Health Professionals and the work they do!
The Western Montana AHEC would like to bring this fun interactive event to your school.
The program is 30-40 minutes in length, and can be presented to groups from 10-30 students in size. Students will take home a coloring and activity book to extend the experience.
