All attendees are responsible for their own credit.  If you would like credit for a conference you attended, you must complete above form.  WMT-AHEC does not store your certificates.  You can save or print your certificate.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for clinicians delivering care in the Western Montana medical community.

Educational Objectives

After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:

·Identify specific advances in medicine

·Apply information from Friday Medical Conference to their practice to maintain competency and improve patient outcomes

·Utilize knowledge presented about colleagues and facilities available for consultation and collaboration in the region
